did roxbury 5 miler with the fam for a 7.6 mile day. didn't race but was tempted to after doing a fast first mile but got smart and slowed it down. damn that's a tough and miserable course.

AM swim
swam for a mile at club fit. was only planning on doing 1/2 but i was rolling at pr pace because of the addition of flip-turns to my repertoire so i went on for a full mile. i studded up my less than stellar pr by 4 mins, now 32:45.

long run today of 10 miles. felt good and closed last 2 miles barefoot with last one under 6. i'm still in bad shape but definately making progress.
